We are located at the southern tip of Johns Island, adjacent to Kiawah and Seabrook Islands, and just a short drive from historic Charleston. Kiawah River Estates is a private single family home community offering a low-country lifestyle.  Homes are nestled among majestic live oaks draped in Spanish moss, many bordering the renowned Oak Point Golf course of the Kiawah Island Resort. We offer the beautiful surroundings of the tidal waters of Haulover Creek and the Kiawah River and the plentiful wildlife and shorebirds indigenous to the low-country.
